In 2015 she launched Meridian Solutions, a social impact communications firm grounded in the framework of intersectionality. Meridian Solutions offers a wide range of services including strategic planning, branding and brand assessment, campaign planning and management, advocacy and organizing trainings, event planning, racial equity trainings, and project management.
